DARULIMANBOOKS RETURN POLICY Subject to return guidelines, items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original condition and package. 

Items used/damaged/lost by customer are not refundable. If a product is damaged by the shipper, immediately contact Darulimanbooks Inc for directions and preserve the damaged shipping cartons. 

Shipping charges are not refundable both ways unless Darulimanbooks Inc sent a defective or incorrect order, or the products were damaged by the shipper. 

Darulimanbooks Inc reserves the right to research the original purchase and to limit the number of returns, exchanges, or refunds, based on findings. 

Excessive returns/exchanges/refunds may be declined.
